Modern science is starting to make inroads to delaying the aging process, but the government and the big pharmaceutical companies don’t seem all that interested in funding these efforts. Guest, David Stipp, a leading authority on the science of aging and author of a recent cover story in Scientific American titled, “The Pathway of Youth,” joins host Philip Mereton in a conversation about the scientific breakthroughs in anti-aging treatments, the secrets to staying younger longer, and the obstacles we face in finding the youth pill.
